Class Registration and Special Event RSVP Request ProcessingRegistration and RSVP requests are processed in batches. All requests received by the first batch processing date will be processed in the first batch. Students who were closed out of a full class or event last term and whose request is in by the first batch processing date are given priority registration for those classes and events requested again. All other students in the batch have an equal chance of getting into a requested class or event. Note: Anyone closed out of a class or event will be given the opportunity to be placed on the wait list for the class and to register for alternates before subsequent batches of requests are processed. There is no need to note your alternates on the form. We will call you if you have been closed out. Please ensure that you have an accurate phone number on your registration form where you can be reached in the days following the first batch processing date.
