Human Resources Management Certificate Program (PROED 300) This certificate program encompasses all the classes listed below for completion of the certificate program. Core Classes (must complete all for certificate, but also may be taken individually): Strategic Planning for HR (PROED 301) Tuition Discounts: Qualified University of Utah employees and their spouses receive a 50 percent tuition discount.
