 Professional Education Professional Workplace Trainer CertificateThis program provides a solid foundation of skills needed to be an effective and dynamic presenter and trainer. As a result of completing the Professional Workplace Trainer Certificate Program, students will learn how to present training that engages adult learners. They will also discover how to effectively use and integrate audiovisual technology to enhance presentations, and develop techniques and strategies to create and present compelling instructional content, thereby increasing the retention and transfer of information crucial to organization and employee performance.
